We are now offering a High Definition Video Photography Service. For as low as $50 you can add a 3 minute High Definition Video Stream to your Virtual Tour Package or to a Tour that we have done for you in the past. You can use them in your MLS System, Company or Personal Website. We shoot the video and host the presentation online. We shoot in 1080I High Definition format and stream the video over the Internet in 3 different streams for your website visitors to watch. A high speed stream for users that have a 3 meg or higher connection to the Internet. A low stream video for people that have a 3 meg or less connection to the Internet. And a micro video that is tailored for people that are using Cell Phones, A Blackberry, or other Mobile Devises to connect to the Internet.
We are also doing personal video clips for Agents or other professionals that would like to put a video of themselves on their website or their companies website. We will shoot on location within our normal Virtual Tour coverage area. If you would like us to shoot the video on the beach or another remote location, there may be an extra charge. This will also include a High Definition Head Shot photo for your business cards. The cost is $75 per person. We also offer group rates if you would like to shoot the whole office, you can save up to $25 per person, please call for pricing. Be sure you have your script written and practiced. We can send you a template if you like.
In all, we offer 3 Video Stream options...
1) Property Video - This is taken at the Property and includes both the inside and outside of the house. This cost $50 and can be added to any of our presentations. 3 minutes or less
2) Community video- This is taken of a gated or other community. Our camera is mounted on the front of the vehicle and we record the entry way to the property, club house, golf course and or marina. This would include any features the customer wanted to include. 8 minutes or less Price:$150
3) Agent Bio - We will meet you anywhere within our coverage area (within reason) and record an Audio and Video Biography of you. You can use this video on your website or anyplace else you like. We also add this to all of your branded Virtual Tour Presentations. 3 minutes or less. Price: $75
- We also offer full 1 hour presentations that are billed according to the presentation. Our Media Presentations can be used at all of the local broadcast and cable advertising networks including the Comcast Real Estate Network. Please call for more information.
